We only accept returns on faulty items, or items severely damaged during transit. If you're not happy with your order please contact us on orders@marcadesigns.co.uk within 72 hours of receipt of your order and we'll help with your return.

Orders are either shipped using UK Royal Mail, or an alternative courier service such as UPS and UK Mail. The chosen shipping method is based on the order value, weight of the order and where it's going to, but we are always careful to select the most cost effective and efficient service for our customers.
