Our Marca Duo signs are made using high-quality matte acrylic and birch plywood. The pictograms are laser engraved with precision and then filled with acrylic paint. To make installation easy and secure, the signs come with keyhole fittings, screws, and plugs.

Maintenance: These signs are suitable for indoor use only. To keep them clean, use cold water and a little detergent. Avoid using any solvents such as methylated spirits, white spirits, or cleaning products.
As per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return any item bought online within 14 days (the “cooling off period”), for a full refund.

For returns after 14 days to be accepted, the items must be unused, in resellable condition and in their original packaging. Unless the returned item is proven to be faulty or damaged, you have to cover the shipping costs back to us and the shipping of the replacement to you.

Return Details

If you need to return an item, please contact us first via hello@marcadesigns.co.uk. Please note that we have to be informed of any returns under the “cooling off period” rules of the Consumer Act within 14 days. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back to us.

It is very important that you keep your proof of postage and/or tracking information for the return shipment.

Please also note that it is your responsibility to check that the courier service you use for the return of any item accepts all materials enclosed in the package.
UK Shipping

The majority of Marca signs are made to order, therefore we require 5–10 working days for production and then a further 1–2 days (UK) for delivery. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 delivery so that you can keep tabs on your parcel's progress.

Shipping to the Republic of Ireland

The UK has now left the EU, its customs union and the single market, which has implications on all orders from customers in Ireland.

From 1 January 2021 customers in the EU will no longer be charged 20% UK VAT, but will be required to pay import VAT at your country’s rate when the goods arrive. You may also have to pay customs duties if applicable. Please note that you may be required to pay taxes and duties before your local customs authority releases your goods to you. Marca is not responsible for the payment of any such taxes and charges, nor any loss incurred by you as a result.

Shipping outside the UK and Ireland

We do offer international shipping but timescales and costs depend on the destination country, weight and nature of products.

All prices shown include UK VAT by default. Since there is no VAT on sales outside of the UK, our system will detect your location and adjust prices accordingly.

We deliver to most countries worldwide, but please be aware that there may be import duties and fees to be paid by the recipient.
